Designed for indoor use, the LibCabinet has a small footprint that fits almost anywhere, but has the capacity
to offer over 200 items for patrons to choose checkout.
Fast, Easy and Intuitive
The LibCabinet is easy to use. To check out a book, a patron simply scans their library card and the door
unlocks. Books are checked out automatically when removed from the shelves. The patron closes the door
when finished and takes their receipt. Returning items is just as easy — scan, return and go.
This mini indoor library is easy to get up and running — all that it requires is a network cable and power outlet.
Full Inventory Overview
The LibCabinet communicates to your ILS via the SIP2 protocol. The software has a full feature maintenance
mode. While in maintenance mode, you can perform a full inventory and print out the results. LibCabinet can
be connected to EnvisionWare’s Centralized Management software, which provides reporting and remote
control functionalities.
